As part of a global organization, we support business processes for the entire corporation and maritime fleet customers worldwide, offering port services, maritime products, and general industry solutions.To support the continued development of our operations, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our Husbandry team.At Wilhelmsen, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultures, work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on continuous learning, and be part of an organization that is Shaping the maritime industry.Main ResponsibilitiesManage the collection of invoices and prepare Disbursement Accounts (DAs) according to customers' requirements and service agreements.Verify and approve supplier invoices while ensuring compliance with deadlines.Collaborate with local agents to address settlement disputes and resolve FDA queries.Ensure DA accuracy and adherence to internal and customer-specific requirements.Follow up on customer payments, support cash allocation processes, and liaise with credit teams when necessary.Handle and track customer complaints to identify improvement opportunities.QualificationsIntermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.Previous experience in costing, accounting, or financial roles.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in IT tools, including MS Office, especially Excel.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Why Wilhelmsen?Joining Wilhelmsen means becoming part of a global company that prioritizes innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
