You will be the key liaison between Customer and these crucial stakeholders, responsible for fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and orchestrating impactful programs that drive engagement and growth.Your primary focus will be on:Planning and Executing Google Days: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging Google Day events tailored to diverse audiences within the education sector, including administrators, IT professionals, pedagogical leaders, and teachers. These events will serve as platforms to showcase the value proposition of Google for Education solutions and drive adoption.Driving User Engagement: Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to increase the utilization of Google for Education tools among educators and students. This includes creating compelling content, delivering impactful training sessions, and fostering a thriving online community.Renewal, Upsell, and Upgrade: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewal, upsell, and upgrade within existing accounts. You will leverage your deep understanding of customer needs and product knowledge to advocate for Google for Education solutions and drive business growth.Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the Secretaries of Education.
