Job Title: Video Editor
The Video Editor is responsible for editing videos for corporate training using various formats, such as video lessons, videocasts, interviews, animated videos, photonovels, systemic tutorials, interactive videos, and 3D.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyzing scripts and understanding project requirements to ensure that editing meets the defined objectives.
* Edit corporate training videos in various formats.
* Use Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve tools, applying advanced editing techniques to create high-quality content.
* Develop animations with illustrations and/or vectors, incorporating graphic elements to enrich the visual content.
* Collaborate with graphic designers to manipulate images, vectors, and layout, integrating these elements effectively into the videos.
* Ensure that all materials developed comply with the company's quality guidelines and standards.
* Execute projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and according to client requirements.
* Presentation and defense of ideas to stakeholders and internal clients.
* Keep up to date with graphic and multimedia design trends, as well as best accessibility practices.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Communication, Design, Cinema, Audiovisual or related areas.
* Previous experience as a video editor.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere and After Effects.
* Advanced skills in image manipulation, vectors, and diagramming.
* Knowledge of animation techniques and creating graphic elements.
* Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
* Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
* Intermediate English is desirable.
