Position Overview: The PPC Manager will lead the execution and optimization of paid Google campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI.
This role requires someone who understands the full lifecycle of PPC—from strategy and setup to landing page performance and post-click tracking.
You'll also manage reporting and drive ongoing improvements based on key metrics.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize paid Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generationExecute keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testingCollaborate on landing page strategies to improve conversion ratesMonitor daily performance and key metrics like cost-per-lead and ROIBuild reports using Excel and Google SheetsCommunicate with the internal team via Microsoft TeamsLearn and use the company's proprietary systems effectively Qualifications: Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads (AdWords) campaignsStrong understanding of landing page optimization and performance trackingBasic to intermediate Excel skills for data analysisProficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Bing AdsExperience with PPC strategy and campaign performance reportingAbility to learn new tools or proprietary systems quickly Nice-to-Haves: Experience managing multi-platform PPC strategiesFamiliarity with lead tracking tools or CRM integration Application Instructions: ??
