Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented personnel to assist site leadership in managing and implementing a global program. This role focuses on overseeing the progress of ongoing and upcoming projects, providing comprehensive overviews of their development status and the site’s level of readiness.
* Support site leadership in the management and deployment of a global program related to project progress;
* Monitor and report on the status of ongoing and upcoming projects;
* Provide detailed overviews of project developments and site preparedness;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global program objectives;
* Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies;
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations for leadership review;
* Facilitate communication between site leadership and execution teams to ensure transparency and efficiency;
* Creation of executive reports using MS Office tools (Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Temporary position for a period of 3 months
You are meant for this job if:
* Graduated in any engineering field;
* Upper intermediate English or above;
* Knowledge of TFMC equipment and processes or the O&G industry;
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office tools (Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel);
* Knowledge of Lean process;
* Having completed or currently pursuing a postgraduate degree and experience with production lines and/or manufacturing will be considered a plus.
