Key Responsibilities:Plan, direct, and oversee the operational processes to ensure the smooth, safe, and timely delivery of products/services.Develop, implement, and optimize operational procedures to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and quality control, to achieve key performance metrics and organizational goals.Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and resource allocation to minimize delays and optimize operations.Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards, creating a safe workplace environment.Lead and manage operational staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performance culture.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.Track and report on operational performance metrics, analyze trends, and develop action plans to address performance gaps.Collaborate with senior management to support strategic planning and contribute to overall business growth.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing, logistics, or services environment.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make strategic decisions.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Language:Verbal and written communications skills in Portuguese and English.Verbal and written communications skills in Spanish (preferred).
