Within International Television, the International Digital Distribution team has specific responsibility for growing distribution in these markets, including managing ongoing customer relationships to maximize revenue.Job DescriptionThe Account Management team is responsible for the management of key transactional new media customers, maximizing revenue across all windows including both new release and library content for both Film and TV Series including:Multi-territory platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Amazon);In-territory transactional partners (e.g., Claro, Vubiquity, Total Play)The team manages some of our largest new media customers and is responsible for making these relationships as profitable as possible. The team has key budget responsibility and is assessed and tracked based on ambitious revenue growth targets in 2024 and beyond.This is a key role within the team and will work closely with Marketing, Business Insights, Sales, Sales Administration, Finance & Operations teams to ensure execution of the Account Management strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support with Trade & Consumer Marketing in BrazilManagement of bonus content requests to consumer marketing and brand teamFormulate and deploy strategic consumer marketing plans in collaboration with media agencies to enhance awareness and sales of NBCU products.Maximize content days in market and other franchise opportunities (e.g Local junkets, Consumer Product activations, Influencer activations, etc)Day-to-day management of local transactional clients in Brazil and LatamTrack delivery of all new release content to ensure that titles are launched on time and at the right pricing across all clientsManage programming & scheduling for Film content, taking into account existing licenses to maximize revenueProvide recommendations to clients for key promotions linked to new releases, themes, seasons, genres, actors, etc.Coordinate the launch of bundles and pre-ordersCreation and management of quarterly slate & product presentations to local retailersPerform title and pricing audits across key retailers (iTunes, Amazon etc.)Work closely with Sr Manager and VP of AM and relevant teams to implement the International AM Strategy and product prioritiesManage windows and implement PVOD/PEST for 2024 titles in BR/MXWork closely with Sr Manager to define overall strategic priorities for each client, including customer acquisition initiatives, engaging consumers, adding value, and client planningWork collaboratively across business units, e.g., Local Theatrical team consumer products, and brand franchise to maximize revenue for NBCULead regional base or other international growth initiativesQualificationsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEFamiliarity and interest in the business of entertainment and, specifically, digital media and content distributionStrong commercial acumen, proven track record of driving revenueProficiency in Microsoft Suite – including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerpointExcellent written/oral communication, coordination skills, and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and influencing skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with diverse teamExperience in building and maintaining key multi-territory customer relationshipsAbility to handle short deadlines/turnarounds and multiple competing prioritiesFlexibility of working hours (interaction with teams in the UK, USA, and Asia)Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate good follow-through while adhering to deadlinesPreferredPrevious experience at a studio, label, or digital storePrevious experience in an account management, business development, strategy, finance, or marketing role, preferably with an analytic focusInternational experienceAdditional InformationAs part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
