We are looking for a Principal Risk Manager to play a key role in the International Emerging Stores Payments team. This role offers exciting challenges and the opportunity to influence and drive a growing payments area.
Key job responsibilities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable conclusions.
- Superior written and oral communication skills combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- An understanding of finance issues in an operational environment of rapid growth.
- Solid business judgment.
- Excellent PC modeling skills, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of finance technology, forecast & budgeting, or other finance-focused competency experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or certificate of completion of studies required
- English and Portuguese proficiency, both written and spoken
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and data analysis
- Modeling skills – experience with machine learning techniques is a plus
- Clear communication, with demonstrated examples of building trust and credibility with C-level executives with different backgrounds
- Ability to influence decision and drive results in a complex and diverse environment
- Curious to learn from others and experiment different approaches
