Key tasks will include:
Be responsible for projects/operations activities covering project performance (since project kick-off until final deliveries)
Capacity to understand project scope and specifications to drive team main tasks, guidance on consultants allocation and monitor activities performance in high level of quality
Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery within scope, cost, and time constraints.
Track project KPIs and milestones, reporting performance metrics and suggesting improvements for future projects.
Conduct planning process in accordance with project specifications and internal requests, making sure that customer journey and internal CRM systems data quality flows properly
Close contact with salespeople to prepare team of consultants for further projects
Handle agreements changes or project scope changes together with sales team, when needed
Position Qualifications – Project Analyst Brazil
Successfully completed education at bachelor's degree (minimum)
Experience in building customer relationships, with the ability to discuss project activities and effectively solve issues
Planning and organizing schedules while ensuring deadlines are met across multiple simultaneous projects.
Awareness regarding HSE, ESG and/or safety culture topics are desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in using business intelligence tools, CRM and common IT programs (e.g., Oracle, Power BI, Loop, MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on constructive and solution-oriented work.
Service-oriented and with positive customer approach
Ambition and a high sense of responsibility spur you on
English (minimum advanced), Spanish desirable
Proven experience in project management mandatory (regarding to scope, deadline and financial performance)
