- 3+ years' experience as a BA/Product Manager
- Experience with creating product/feature roadmap
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (good understanding of every stage of SDLC)
- Experience with Kanban/Scrumban methodologies
- Experience with task-tracking systems, collaboration, and modeling tools
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level (written and spoken)
- Experience with SQL queries (e.g., "JOIN operator")
- Fintech domain knowledge (experience with payment systems)
- Knowledge of the Client-Server architecture
- High-level knowledge of API structure
**Desirable**:
- Experience with requirement preparation for 3rd-party integrations
- Expertise with the US payroll and tax market (or keen interest in the matter)
- Technical background (understanding of Git Flow, infrastructure)
- Experience as a Support Analyst
**Key responsibilities and your contribution**
For this role, you'll need excellent analytical and communication skills to be able to explain complex concepts in simple words to crucial stakeholders on the client's side and the team.
- Communicate with the stakeholders, PO, and development team to prepare and streamline requirements for the project
- Coordinate team's activities during team meetings (daily, retro, planning, etc.)
- Design roadmap and schedule for product development
- Create and maintain technical and business documentation, specifications
- Coordinate and overview a wide range of activities for the Support team
