What you will be doing:
1. Understanding the competitive landscape to define our right to win in the country and help making strategic decisions.
2. Define and implement the commercial strategy for Brazil.
3. Cross team collaboration to ensure success.
What you will need:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role, preferably in the payment industry.
3. A consultative approach that's successful with C-suite and business owners.
4. Technical proficiency and ability to understand complex technical concepts and product functionalities.
5. Demonstrated ability to balance technical and commercial considerations when making strategic decisions.
6. Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and evaluating new market opportunities.
7. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
10. Strong analytical skills and methodological way of working.
11. Excellent communicative skills (concise and direct) and experience in identifying and influencing key decision makers and stakeholders.
12. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
13. Fluent in English and Spanish.
