Morgan is seeking for a Vice President for LATAM Payments, to work at Transformation Design & Delivery (TDD) department in Brazil.The successful candidates will be involved in regional initiatives focused on accelerating payments business grown through Treasury Services innovation and capacity increasing. This position will work close to Area Head and will support strategic planning, metrics and senior decks, besides managing projects for Latin America Payments.There will be high exposure & visibility to senior management. Morgan business units. Lateral contacts in business, technology, operations, product and client facing organizations firm wide would need to be developed and mined for best practices and for driving outcomes.The professional on this position will be responsible for:Understand global TDD and regional LATAM Payments strategy and interpret it from a LATAM TDD’s perspective, translating the aspects into goals, monitoring tools, KPIs and communication plan.The LATAM TDD Project Manager will support the senior Management with business management requests and will be responsible to coordinate and/or execute related tasks e.g. define and monitor governance, finance and capacity planning, metrics for automation and OKRs monitoring, and support senior management with decks for forums and management activities.The LATAM TDD Project Manager will also be responsible for a portfolio, acting as project/program for certain products in Latin America Payments.The LATAM TDD Project Manager may coordinate BA(s) or act directly to:represent LATAM Operations requirements into several project´s squads.manage coordination and formalization of the Operational Requirements derived from projects and new products in a partnership with Products, Operations, and Technology teamscoordinate testing planning, acceptance criteria, escalate blockers timelymanage Readiness phase and engage proper resources to guarantee training, entitlements and procedures are updates before go-live datesupport Implementation (including PVT plan and PVT execution)support Post-Implementation phase (issues monitoring and communication to senior management)The LATAM TDD Project Manager will perform a key role to make sure that he/she or the BAs maintain stakeholders updated in relation to the project’s status and next stepsThe position will be based in São Paulo OfficeRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeep understanding of payments and collections platforms and operational processing systemsExtensive familiarity and experience to lead with people, understanding operational requirements, be able to criticize and suggest solutions aiming to optimize the operational process aligned with the business interests.Responsible for articulating complex concepts clearly to differing audiences in multiple regions, strong communication skills in English to negotiate internal priorities among the project’s stakeholders in Latin AmericaStrong Time management and organization skillsFamiliarity with Agile concepts and project management conceptsPartner with Product, Operations, and Technology to identify barriers preventing efficient change deliverablesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in Payments Business requiredFluent in English, Spanish is welcomeOutstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written)Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, Business or related areas - required.Agile methodology skills – preferred.Previous experience as Business Manager is welcome.
