In this role, you will lead internal and external teams in achieving project goals related to scope, schedule, cost, and quality as defined by the project sponsor. Additionally, you will foster effective collaboration between internal and external stakeholders while driving continuous improvements in our manufacturing processes.What you will do:Planning and Execution:Establish the project baseline, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.Manage project execution by monitoring performance indicators and implementing corrective actions when needed.Stakeholder Management and Communication:Conduct kick-off, daily, status, and review meetings to ensure clear alignment of expectations with sponsors, teams, and other departments.Maintain effective communication with internal factory stakeholders (e.g., Supply Chain, Warehouse, Engineering) and collaborate with external development companies.Financial and Resource Management:Monitor and control project costs, approving expenses in accordance with internal processes.Ensure the availability and proper management of project resources and assets.Methodologies and Processes:Apply traditional and agile project management methodologies (e.g., SCRUM) based on project complexity.Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure the continuity and quality of project deliverables.Contribute to the enhancement of the project management discipline by sharing best practices and lessons learned.The skills you bring:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.Experience:Experience in managing complex projects, preferably within the Telecom, IS, or IT sectors.Working in global organizations, with the ability to operate effectively in virtual and multicultural environments.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in both traditional and agile project management methodologies, with hands-on experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).Familiarity with ITIL, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.Behavioral Competencies:Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a strong focus on results and stakeholder satisfaction.Excellent interpersonal communication and networking abilities.Languages:Advanced or fluent English is required for effective communication in a global environment.Tools & Methodologies:Proficiency with project management and asset management tools and applications.Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM) and formal project management processes to ensure successful project execution and control.
