Management of the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs for Shopee Brazil.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
- Work closely to HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
- Design creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
- Develop techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.
- Oversee the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
- Manage performance and salary review processes for BR and Latam countries, responsible for managing the system, giving training for HRBPs, business leaders and making sure the timeline of the process is achieved for the whole Latam region.
- Build guidelines, processes and policies for offer management and compensation analyses for Latam countries.
- Maintain Job Descriptions and ranks analysis uptodate.
- Develop talent management processes for Latin America, being a point of reference for country HR Leads and Headquarter team for talent management initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Availability to work in São Paulo/SP (hybrid work)
- Diploma or Degree in HR or other relevant disciplines
- Relevant HR working experiences
- Passion for people, organizational, and cultural transformation
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
- Effective project management and consulting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective communication to senior stakeholders, colleagues and others
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Experience in working for large technology companies is a plus
- Strong understanding of regional talent markets is a plus
