This professinal will beresponsible for supervising the maintenance team in order to guarantee the availability and smooth running of production machines. Responsible for plant maintenance management.As Maintenance Supervisor in our Flexible Pipe Factory in Açu you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and efficiency of machinery in manufacturing processes, leading technical teams in maintenance, installation, and continuous improvement activities. Oversees preventive and corrective plans, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and monitors performance indicators. Coordinates projects, budgeting, procurement, and strategic partnerships while developing the team through training and development plans. Focused on operational excellence, sustainability, and the satisfaction of internal and external customers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation and other related areas;Specialization in Production Management, Operations Research, Project Management, People Management, or related fieldsAdvanced English skillsSolid experience in the industrial sector in related activitiesDesirable knowledge in Technical and Regulatory Standards, as well as Electrical and Automation Systems;Desirable Advanced Skills in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
