Job Description
Danfoss has an opportunity for a Technical Support Assistant to join our Support Technical Team.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Support FSE with trainings, start up, and customer visits.
Create cases in Salesforce for the support requisitions made by phone, email, and social media.
Support with marketing publications, translations, product descriptions, etc.
Expected 20% travel, 80% office.
Support administrative jobs of warranty processes.
Preventive Material analysis and contention work for failures factory.
Warranty process in SAP, input orders and customer support on sending warranties.
Complaints and interaction with other Danfoss sites.
Work presential in commercial hours.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
Technical Refrigeration, Automation or Electric.
Proficient in technical learning and knowledge.
Customer focused, communicative, proactive, collaborative and results oriented.
MS Office competences.
English and Spanish are not mandatory but can be a plus.
