The Inside Sales department is responsible for the acquisition and follow-up of all purchases, until they are delivered to our warehouse. We're committed to ensuring quality, agility, and excellence to our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Check, quote and process international POs.
2. Monitor the supplier’s logistics process to the Aloia Warehouse.
3. Daily and incisive follow-up (by phone and e-mail) of all orders under your responsibility, including documentation and tracking numbers conference.
4. Supplier certification analysis.
5. Update of working tools and support for internal customers.
6. Supplier development.
Qualifications:
1. Graduation in Administration, Foreign Trade and related areas.
2. Experience in aviation/in the aeronautical market will be considered an advantage.
