The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. The team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Learn core operations and objectives of teams within Monetization Integrity
2. Manage all aspects of training project development
3. Conduct needs assessments to identify and solve business performance problems.
4. Own, manage and curate learning paths for all Monetization Integrity teams.
5. Design and develop content in a variety of modalities, including instructor-led, live virtual learning, e-learning, and performance support tools.
6.Implement effective evaluation approaches to identify training impact and improvement opportunities
7. Design content across the full range of L&D programs including new hire onboarding, sales support, advertiser support, career development, and key organizational capabilities and tools.
8. Use proven instructional design methodologies and iterative processes to create highly engaging training.
9. Demonstrate comfort, flexibility, and adaptivity in a highly fluid start-up environment that requires team members to take on a range of responsibilities and contribute on multiple fronts
10. Cultivate relationships with teams across MI to identify learning needs and propose appropriate learning solutions
11. Support the curation and centralization of learning content (videos, guides, presentations, playbooks etc.) for ease of access and use by all teams
12. Facilitate MI courses and assist with other learning-related tasks as needed
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 3+ years experience in instructional design
3. Expertise in using/managing learning technologies (LMS, LXP) and authoring tools (e.g Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, etc)
4. Passion for learning and people development
5. Experience developing training materials (e.g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.)
6. Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
8. Highly collaborative spirit
9. Comfortable with ambiguity
10. A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
11. Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
12. Experience in virtual training facilitation and engagement techniques
