Working with two licensed group brands, so far, in this role, you will build and nurture our online community, creating a strong connection between our brand and our players. You will engage with the community across various platforms, ensuring a positive and engaging experience that enhances player loyalty and promotes our online casino offerings.Your ResponsibilitiesContent Creation: Produce and share compelling content tailored to the Brazilian market on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Be the face of our brands on our Social Channels.Community Engagement: Actively engage with the player community on social media platforms, forums, and other online channels. Respond promptly and professionally to comments, questions, and feedback.Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and share engaging content, including posts, updates, and promotions tailored to the Brazilian iGaming audience.Work with our Social Media agencies, coordinating their work and creating new content.Event Coordination: Plan and execute online events, tournaments, and promotions that resonate with the community and drive player engagement.Feedback Management: Gather and analyse player feedback to provide insights to the product and marketing teams, helping to improve the overall player experience.Market Monitoring: To keep the community strategy innovative and relevant, stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and player preferences in the Brazilian market.Crisis Management: Handle any community-related issues or conflicts professionally, ensuring a positive resolution that maintains the brand’s reputation.Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on community engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise community strategies.What we are looking for:2 years of proven experience as a Community Manager.iGaming experience is a plus but not a must.Deep knowledge of the Digital environment, with creative and innovative skills.Deep understanding of the Brazilian iGaming community and player behaviour.Excellent communication skills in Portuguese; proficiency in English is mandatory.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse online community.Experience with social media management tools and community engagement platforms.Experience in organising and managing online gaming events or tournaments.Familiarity with online casino games and their player dynamics is recommended.A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative community engagement strategies.What's in it for YOU?Hybrid model of work: 2 days at the office in Sao Paulo, 3 days at home.Excellent work environment, reporting to the Marketing Manager.Attractive salary package.Casual Dress Code.A chance to advance professionally inside one of the world's largest iGaming organisations.What it's like to work at SkillOnNet!SkillOnNet believes that people come first, and our "family-oriented" global culture is what drives us.
