**Goal of the role**
- As our Conversion Copywriter, you build a continuous stream of creative copy that touches the entire customer journey and gets the reader to click and convert.

- This role sits within the Global Brand Team and reports to the Head of Brand and a dotted line to the Head of Comms.
**Result Areas**:
- ** Create a highly engaged user experience by writing conversion-focused copy across the in-app user journey.
**
- ** Deliver a creative, engaging, persuasive and on-brand copy to support our marketing campaigns including CRM, social media and campaign copy.
**
- **
Generate word-of-mouth by bringing our distinctive tone of voice to life across brand initiatives.
**
- ** Follow and champion a data-first approach to crafting copy, with voice-of-customer data and data-driven insights.
**
- **
Manage all translation requests and processes for delivering the same brand experience and message across our markets in Latin America and Europe.
**
