Business Manager - Retail
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Business Manager will play a key role in the search and acquisition of new customers in the Retail segment for 1WorldSync.
As Business Manager for Retail at 1WorldSync, responsibilities are:
- Identify and win new customers in the retail segment for 1WorldSync solutions
- Develop strategies to leverage solutions for retailers in Brazil
- Prospect, present, negotiate and close new contracts, ensuring that company goals and individual goals are achieved
- Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with decision makers and influencers at designated retailers
- Periodically report the results and keep the CRM up to date
- Identify improvements or innovations in solutions to better meet and anticipate the needs of new potential customers
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 years or more of experience selling SaaS solutions for businesses (B2B)
- Knowledge of the retail and e-commerce segment, especially the Food, Pharma, Pet and Home Center segments
- Experience in fast growing companies
- Knowledge of sales techniques, persuasion, demand generation and commercial management tools
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Intermediary English
