Job Responsibilities
1. Interaction with customers when necessary;
2. Support for other regional supervisors;
3. Supporting the manager with various demands;
4. Ensure that its service points operate in accordance with the regulations;
5. Ensure compliance with the quality indicators of all its service points;
6. Monitoring service agency performance indicators;
7. Creating action plans to meet performance indicators;
8. Carrying out training, follow-up and monitoring visits.
Required Education
Associate's Degree/College Diploma

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
2. Knowledge of/experience with customer service;
3. Knowledge of PowerBI desirable;
4. Empathy, energy, and willingness.

1. Experience in managing customer service stores;
2. Experience with customer service;
3. Experience with indicators/targets.
