The role requires a customer-focused individual with a crazy focus on excellence.The role will be based in São Paulo while remotely supporting Buenos Aires and report to the Workplace Manager for Brazil & Argentina.ResponsibilitiesEnsure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders, including staff, visiting employees, new hires, guests and interview candidates.Promote a high level of satisfaction among staff by promptly responding and addressing service needs and ensuring consistent level of service from team members and Workplace vendors.Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners (Ntech, AV, EAs) and immediate team members to deliver service excellence and continuously evaluate processes to improve them.Maintain solid communication and good working relationships with vendors to ensure high levels of service.Assist with reception duties and cover the front desk as needed, providing a professional and welcoming first contact for all visitors, and managing tasks such as shipping & receiving requests and new hire access.Support the Workplace Experience Specialist and Workplace Manager to ensure high-quality on-site catering services.Work across various contact streams to assign, monitor, and complete employee requests in a timely and efficient manner.Assist with office engagement and Workplace communications as needed, supporting the Workplace Experience Specialist and Manager.Oversee office supplies from design conception to stock control, including stationery, swag, and reception/ lobby supplies.Collaborate with external vendors and Workplace Operations team members to enhance and promote sustainability performance.Plan, coordinate, and set up events in the Brazil and Argentina offices, ensuring smooth and successful execution with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.Onboard and welcome new employees into their new workplace.Work with the Workplace Operations Specialist to maintain health and safety standards in the workplace.Offer ad-hoc support to Workplace Management, Operations teams, and other LATAM Workplace teams when required.Be an active member of the Emergency Response Team (training provided).QualificationsFluent in English.
Spanish is considered a plus.3+ years of experience in a similar role.Previous experience coordinating F&B day-to-day related services and event logistics.Proactive, with demonstrable ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer service driven, with the ability to demonstrate innovation.Friendly and professional disposition, with the ability to maintain successful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.Self motivated and proactive, with confidence in knowing when to make a decision, and when to seek further clarification.Demonstrable problem solving skills, with the ability to exercise excellent judgment in reaction to the needs of the workplace.Demonstrate a clear understanding of and excited to be a part of the Netflix Culture.Experience with Google products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs etc.)
