The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and functions at the site. This includes managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring them to ensure performance objectives are met, fostering positive employee relations, and developing leadership bench strength within the Sorting Center.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive quality initiatives, process improvement, and Lean strategies to exceed business goals;
">
* Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of Inbound, Processing, or Outbound operations;
">
* Define requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers, measure performance, provide feedback, and hold them accountable;
">
* Leverage Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and developing ideas for improvement plans;
">
* Ensure best practices are shared across departments, shifts, and the network;
">
* Collaborate closely with support teams to secure resources for projects and initiatives;
">
">
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
">
* Experience leading people and shop floor operations;
">
* English language knowledge for communication;
">
* Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area;
">
">
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

">
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics;
