**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Plans, develops, coordinates and monitors business relations and development measures for dedicated key accounts, on a local, regional or global level;
- Develops a business strategy, agrees on business plans, and defines, implements and/or coordinates appropriate measures;
- Directs and/or maintains the management of relationships and all business development activities;
- Leads the negotiation of sales agreements, general terms and conditions, and overall business volumes;
- Takes accountability for P&L and initiates appropriate measures to secure order intake and profitability.
**Your Qualifications**:
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, others related;
- At least 3 years in sales, Key Account or program management;
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint;
- SAP Knowledge Preferred;
- Strong business English Skills (written and spoken);
- Very good knowledge of automotive development, production basics and planning processes;
- Comprehensive experience of structures and functions operating the aftersales business in OES as well as Independent Aftermarket.
