Responsibilities
* Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences to inform social media strategy.
* Design and implement a social media plan that supports business goals.
* Establish specific objectives and track return on investment (ROI).
* Develop, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including text, images, videos, and news.
* Monitor search engine optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
* Oversight of social media account design, including profile pictures, timeline covers, and blog layouts.
* Suggest and implement new features to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Requirements
* Effective social media strategist using platforms for brand awareness and impressions.
* Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
* Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
* Familiarity with web design and publishing principles.
