Job description
Responsible for all the operational activities;
Responsible for recruitment efforts, end-to-end;
Writing contracts and responsible for approval processes;
Onboarding for the new hires;
Termination processes;
Responsible for payroll, compensation and benefit packages;
Weekly reporting on HR metrics for the Brazilian Director;
Participating on weekly calls with the global team (UK).
Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR, Business Management, Psychology or other related discipline;
English Fluency (speaking, reading and listening);
Advanced Excel (Macro, Formulas and Pivot table);
Experience with HR generalist activities;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong employer law background, to do performance management;
Problem-solving skills;
Proactive nature;
It has to be very Hands On to deal with what ever it's needed, mostly operational activities;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Strong leadership skills;
