Join us in shaping our future–and yours.Role reports to: PROCUREMENT MANAGERWhat you will doThe SENIOR SOURCING SPECIALIST is responsible for preparing and negotiating subcontract specifications, analyzing complex bid packages, conducting comprehensive supplier analysis, executing supplier contracts, administering purchase orders, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring supplier performance meets company standards.
As a SENIOR SOURCING SPECIALIST, you will recommend changes to systems and processes to improve efficiency and support company business goals for critical sourcing and procurement decisions:Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in alignment with the Job Title and Role requirements.Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for talent acquisition.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Partner with HR and other stakeholders to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and tools to optimize the recruitment process and improve efficiency.Prepare and negotiate subcontract specifications, work statement, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized material, equipment, and services, in alignment with the company's business goals.Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis, including strategic direction, financial due diligence, market position, and power within the industry, to make recommendations for critical sourcing and procurement decisions.Analyze and assimilate data to make recommendations in support of the company's business goals for critical sourcing and procurement decisions.Execute supplier contracts and agreements where appropriate, ensuring data accuracy.Lead contract negotiations and contract finalization as authorized by manager.Interact with suppliers to ensure supplier's performance meets or exceeds company standards for quality, timeliness, cost, inventory reduction, and lean manufacturing.Recommend changes and enhancements to systems and processes and actively collaborate with others to improve efficiency.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.Advanced English level.Demonstrated experience of 2-4 years in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on subcontract specifications, work statement, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized material, equipment, and services.Experience in executing supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring data accuracy.Experience in administering purchase orders/scheduling agreement within systems and administering bidding and supplier selection process.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive supplier analysis, including strategic direction, financial due diligence, market position, and power within the industry.Ability to analyze and assimilate data to make recommendations in support of the company's business goals for critical sourcing and procurement decisions.Desired QualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.Passion for diversity and inclusion and a commitment to creating an inclusive workplace.Experience in leading contract negotiations and contract finalization as authorized by manager.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with suppliers to ensure supplier's performance meets or exceeds company standards for quality, timeliness, cost, inventory reduction, and lean manufacturing.What's in it for you· Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!· Learning & Development Opportunities· Employee Resource Groups*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
