SKEMA Business School (https://www.skema.edu/) invites applications for a position at Assistant Professor rank in Management to begin September 2025. We are looking for motivated candidates with a highly promising research record and demonstrable teaching skills to integrate the Grand Paris campus of SKEMA Business School. The position is permanent with a full-time contract. Salary and conditions are competitive, in line with international standards. SKEMA Business School offers publication bonuses for peer-reviewed publications. The language of work and instruction is English. Knowledge of French is not required, and we will not use it as a criterion for selection. SKEMA Business School offers support in learning French.
QUALIFICATIONS MUST INCLUDE
1. Hold or about to complete a Ph.D. in innovation, strategy, entrepreneurship, organization, organizational behavior, or a related field, from a world-class institution (preference will be given to a candidate who will complete their Ph.D. during Academic Year 2024 / 2025).
2. Present potential (revise and resubmit) or publication track record of publishing research in top-tier journals, preferably in areas consistent with the current faculty's specializations.
3. Teaching experience in management or related fields.
4. Committed to service and outreach activities.
EXPECTATIONS
1. Publish peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals.
2. Teach courses in the area of management, with a focus in strategy, organizational behavior, and human resources management.
3. Supervise master students.
4. Show academic citizenship, commit to the life of the institution, and contribute to the projects related to the school’s strategy.

ABOUT RESEARCH
The candidate will be a member of the Knowledge, Technology, and Organization (KTO) research centre. KTO includes more than 30 members doing research in management and innovation-related fields (economics, organization, strategy, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior) and 16 Ph.D. students from the Ph.D. in Management Program. KTO members collaborate across the French campuses of Lille, Paris, and Sophia Antipolis, together with the Brazilian campus of Belo Horizonte. KTO aims at the highest standards of academic excellence and its members have published in top-tier journals, such as Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Management Science, and Academy of Management Review. KTO organizes regular research seminars on the three French campuses and hosts international workshops. SKEMA offers its faculty publication bonuses for peer-reviewed publications.
