CIB F&BM, Business Support Management, Analyst (PCD) Department Description: Business Support Management (BSM) is a function under CIB Finance & Business Management. The group is responsible for many levels of administrative support services to the lines of business and senior management; including Business Change Management (BCM), Expense Management and Administrative Assistant Management.
**Function overview**:
The position will provide opportunity to focus on the CIB Business Change Management (BCM) & Expense Management that provides a range of services to support the JP Morgan CIB business globally.
The primary function of the group is onboarding and off boarding of users within CIB, and partnering with a number of teams globally to ensure the necessary requests raised are completely in a timely manner. The team also manage and oversee a number of additional processes and validation exercises.
- Management of end to end process of On & Off boarding process
- Real Estate/Space planning: maintenance of floor plans, move management, cost allocation and adhoc projects. Drive efficiency within CIB footprint
- Enforce a dynamic control/ compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes
- Develop and implement meaningful performance metrics towards BSM agenda
- Navigate through expense data to create reports and presentations for Senior Management
- Advocate for the administrative staff needs
- Control and coordinate LOB's vendor onboarding and LOB invoices for the Brazilian franchise
- Adhoc projects towards BSM agenda in Latin America
- Ability to process & review data efficiently in compliance with the procedures (intermediate Excel skills are essential) with an appreciation of the importance of process and a robust control framework
- Able to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines

- 2+ years of related experience
- Portuguese and advanced English (oral and written communication)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong and independent problem solving skills
- Project Management skills
- Customer service / Client facing experience is helpful
- Ability to conduct analytical reviews to influence and drive decision making
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to listen well and influence others
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple assignments, and bring tasks to complete closure
