**THE ROLE - PROCUREMENT**
Under the guidance of Procurement Operations Americas, the role will be operating the group business spend management tool and ensuring that spend is optimized with operational efficiency (indirect spending), you will act as a business partner to assigned teams, developing effective relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal profile is someone with strong strategic and business acumen and solid negotiation skills.
This role requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**SÃO PAULO**
As a remote position, you can choose between working remotely or on-site in our São Paulo office located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history.
The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology.
We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures, and fun activities!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement a strategic action plan to achieve Procurement KPIs
- Proactively / frequently communicate business results
- Support the business with RFP, negotiation, and e-auction to select vendors
- Identify business needs and prioritize operational and financial benefit opportunities
- Assess financial stability and risk of potential vendors
- Support the development of non-standard vendor contracts in collaboration with legal
- Support vendor audit and ensure all vendor documents are compliant
- Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with key internal customers and stakeholders
WHO YOU ARE
- BA/BS degree in engineering, business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Fluent English
- 2+ years of relevant procurement experience
- Negotiation, Project Management, SRM skills (Sourcing is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Experience in working with multiple international stakeholders
- Track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet challenging deadlines
- Proven ability to work within strict deadlines
- Experience with Coupa will be a plus
- Strong identification with Farfetch core values
