You will work in a dynamic Empresa importante environment, collaborating with Empresa importante teams to influence and define the long-term systems and platform strategies for our B2C and B2B business in Brazil.Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and support definitions for BSS/OSS architectures.Lead BSS/OSS systems: Sales, CRM, billing, payments, ERP, field services, commissioning, and logistics, among others.Identify, counsel, and define systems solutions and partner to support ongoing business operations.Structure, analyze, and coordinate RFPs to hire technology vendors to support system and software development and implementation.Lead team and resource capacity for system and software development, UAT, QA, implementation, and ongoing support.Guarantee business continuity through structuring and continuous improvement of systems support processes and incident management.Lead third-party systems and software vendors, from contract to delivery and operation.Collaborate with business operations teams to continually identify and act on business process improvement opportunities.Requirements8+ years of experience successfully implementing and managing BSS/OSS operations with a Brazilian telecom operator.Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Extensive experience leading and managing projects.Strength in defining and presenting a compelling vision for the BSS/OSS architecture in line with business strategy.Capable of performing with excellence in a start-up environment.Thrive in ambiguous environments.Good communication and relationship leadership skills.Consistently demonstrates a growth mindset.Experience in digital transformation projects.Advanced proficiency in English language, spoken and written.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.This will be a hybrid role combining onsite and remote work.Additional Requirements and InformationMinimum Education: Bachelor's DegreeYears of Experience: 8-15 yearsTravel: Up to 25%Citizenship: Brazilian Citizenship requiredClearance: NoneWorker Classification: Employee
