**Responsibilities**:
**A oportunidade**
- The DX Director serves as a strategic leader responsible for integrating cross-functional efforts to drive market growth and category development.
This role ensures alignment between marketing, sales, finance, and insights teams to create and execute effective DX strategies tailored to Brazil's dynamic market environment.
Focused on both short
- and long-term results, the position oversees the development of innovative merchandising solutions, leverages shopper and category insights, and fosters collaborative relationships with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders.
The DX Director also plays a pivotal role in budget management, product launches, and pricing strategies, ensuring that all initiatives align with business objectives to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Works with Customers to discover win-win opportunities, develop initiatives to capture those (together with them), and support Pepsico's Sales teams to execute them.
- Aligns with our Global and LATAM Sector teams on Pepsico strategies, define synergies, and optimize overall system resources and capabilities.

- Digital DX Integration: Leads the development and execution of digital DX strategies, including e-commerce shelf optimization and digital promotions.
Collaborates with e-commerce teams to ensure alignment between online and offline activation strategies.
- Category Development Leadership: Leads Category Management to identify opportunities for category growth through innovative merchandising and DX solutions.
- Develops cross-category initiatives that enhance overall category performance at the retailer level.
- Budget and Investment Optimization: Oversees DX budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Regularly reviews and optimizes trade investments to improve profitability and competitiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure a seamless go-to-market strategy.
Facilitates alignment between product launches and trade execution to drive visibility and sell-through.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting: Develops a comprehensive DX performance dashboard to track KPIs across initiatives.
- Conducts in-depth analyses of promotional effectiveness, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.
- People Development and Leadership: Mentors and develops DX team members, building capabilities in customer engagement and execution excellence.
Promotes a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the DX function.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Continuously monitors competitive activity and benchmarks DX strategies against industry best practices.
Provides strategic recommendations based on competitive insights to maintain market leadership.
- Customer-Specific Solutions: Develops tailored DX plans that address specific needs and growth opportunities for strategic customers.
Facilitates retailer-specific workshops to co-create impactful solutions that align with mutual growth goals.
