Job Purpose and Impact
The TCM Associate (Junior Trader) rotates in various Trade and Capital Markets units such as Origination, Structuring, Risk Investors Group, and Financial Trading Group.
By going through these business areas, you will be under the ongoing mentorship of appointed leaders and prepare yourself to take on a more complex role through purposeful assignments.
In this role, you learn to structure moderately complex financial solutions by understanding the requirements of the customers and the applicable financial, legal, regulatory and tax frameworks.
Key Accountabilities
- Track macroeconomic and political developments in geo markets and provide corresponding analysis as an input to strategy development, develop deep understanding of trade and capital markets disclosure policies, and support traders during the distribution of business group letters of credits, account receivables, repository and other trade and capital markets products.
- Develop deep understanding of the core trade and capital markets products and of the building blocks for implementing new products and navigating through the internal system to put the pieces together.
- Participate in client facing activities (research and analysis) to understand customers moderately complex financial solution requirements, tracking and consolidating various reports such as profit and loss, risk or debit reporting and trade projection to support business opportunities.
- Review and handle documentation for ongoing and new transactions within the assigned geography.
- Structure moderately complex financial solutions based on current and potential market opportunities.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Keen interest in capital markets and trade finance
- Strong motivation to learn the business model and be part of a commercial team
- Advanced English and numerical skills
- Internship experience in banks or other financial institutions
