**The Role**:
The purpose of this role is to represent Brennan at an executive level within Sri Lanka, and to work with the appropriate line managers in Australia to drive the development of an efficient and high-quality local operation.
In this position, you will be acting as a brand ambassador and country lead for Brennan, promoting Brennan across the local economic and political environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job intake to offer stage.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to finalize job descriptions and hiring needs.
- Post job ads on job boards, social media, employee referral programs, and company website.
- Coordinate interviews, pre-employment tests, and reference checks.
- Maintain and update JobAdder database regularly.
- Stay current on market trends and share insights with managers.
- Follow existing hiring guides and develop new ones as needed.
- Ensure headcount targets are met through efficient hiring practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely recruitment documentation for audit readiness.
- Generate regular and ad hoc recruitment activity reports.
- Identify and suggest improvements to recruitment policies and practices.
**Key Competencies**:
- 3-5 years' experience in recruiting ICT or professional services roles; internal recruitment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Skilled in Boolean, Google, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and social media sourcing; well-connected in the ICT sector
- Experienced with ATS platforms; JobAdder knowledge is a plus
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
- Effective stakeholder management across all levels
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- High attention to detail in maintaining reports and data
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
