As a Project Manager Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of Turbomachinery Installation and Commissioning Projects in LATAM. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making. You will also encompass managing the financial aspects of projects, coordinating logistics activities, and providing analytical support to ensure successful project execution.
**As a Project Manager Analyst, you will be responsible for**:
**Data Collection and Analysis**:
- Gathering project data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conducting thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
- Creating comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize project progress and outcomes.
**Accounts Payable/Receivable Management**:
- Processing and tracking invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate timely payments.
- Monitoring receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate records.
**Logistics Coordination**:
- Collaborating with logistics teams to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites, minimizing delays and disruptions.
- Monitoring inventory levels and assist in optimizing supply chain processes.
**Stakeholder Communication**:
- Facilitating effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
**Process Improvement**:
- Evaluating existing project management processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implementing best practices and methodologies to streamline project workflows.

**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency English/Portuguese
- Desired Power BI / Spanish.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
