Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.Job scopeThe Proposal and Applications Specialist (P&AS) will be responsible for generating attractive value propositions by selecting appropriate solutions for customers and highlighting the competitive edge of the Screen and Feeder Consumable Service Line within the region. The P&AS will assist regional proposal, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with company strategies. Their main goal is to drive commercial success by creating value propositions. Key responsibilities include managing and executing critical opportunity proposals (CRM), promoting growth strategy, and applying product knowledge for expansion. This role requires a proactive approach and product line knowledge to enhance commercial performance and ensure consistent, strategic proposal development.Your responsibilitiesValue Proposition Development: Create and articulate the unique value of our products and services to meet customer needs and differentiate from competitors.Product Selection Review: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product offerings align with customer requirements and commercial objectives.Sales Strategy Support: Work closely with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that maximize revenue and market share.Proposal Resource Support: Provide guidance and support to regional proposal resources, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely proposal submissions.Commercial Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, sales records and opportunities, and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product development.What you bringSkills for Managing and Tracking Business OpportunitiesKnowledge in Costing, Ideally in the Screen Media AreaDesign Skills Will Be Highly ValuedProven experience in commercial sales, marketing, or a related field.Strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead by influence.Capable of communicating complex concepts to customers in simple terms.From time to time, able to travel, domestic and international.College degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 10 years of experience within the mining/industrial industry.
