Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in PeopleSoft development.
* Experience with PeopleSoft architecture, development, and implementations.
* Deep technical expertise across multiple PeopleSoft modules and integration methods.
* Proven background in technical consulting, client-facing delivery, or ERP transformation.
* Experience assessing ERP environments for modernization, consolidation, or migration.
* Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
* Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM and other modules (Financials, Campus, etc).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and present them.
* Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
* Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases such as Oracle.
* Experience with Application Designer, BI Publisher, and nVision reporting.
* PeopleSoft certifications are a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
* Proactively Lead PeopleSoft solution architecture and system design
* Provide strategic consulting on the longevity, risks, and value of PeopleSoft in current-state environments
* Assess opportunities for platform migration, system consolidation, integration improvements, optimisation
* Define and document solution architectures that span PeopleSoft and integrated systems
* Guide technical teams through customization, integration, and data migration strategies
* Design, develop, and customize solutions using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Engine
* Configure and maintain PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Financials, or Campus Solutions to meet business needs
* Provide technical support and guidance to technical teams and business stakeholders.
