Your role and responsibilitiesDescription: Ensure the execution of a highly effective sales strategy for the complete Instrumentation and Analytics portfolio for the country, through the management, leadership, and development of the Sales Representative Channel of the Measurement & Analytics division (PAMA) to improve market penetration and achieve growth aspirations, aiming to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals for the portfolio in a profitable way, exceeding sales objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Enable and support the development of sales channels.Define and implement the sales strategy for the channels in Brazil, in line with the division's marketing and sales strategy, and ensure regular monitoring to deliver the financial goals.Define key targets for the respective channels in the specified market and ensure they are achieved.Ensure that detailed business plans with regular monitoring are in place.Contribute to the negotiation of sales contracts, including global agreements with customers.Define and implement the annual performance evaluation and sales forecasting process for the sales channels.Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives that require the participation of the sales channels.Ensure that appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities are in place for the sales channels.Develop training plans for internal teams, in all aspects of channel management.Responsible for identifying and managing risks related to contractual agreements and pricing between customers/channels.Define relevant policies and standards (e.g.
market segmentation, customer due diligence, cybersecurity) to be used for evaluation and certification of sales channels.Identify and evaluate channel partners in collaboration with the Sales Manager and authorize them in coordination with the Sales Management team.Ensure leadership and development of people (with the support of the Internal HR Consultant) in the Sales area, seeking to maintain a healthy, organized environment with qualified and focused personnel, controlling and ensuring the sharing of know-how and cross-collaboration, facilitating the necessary infrastructure for the development and motivation of direct and indirect subordinates in HR policies.Ensure integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities across all teams in scope.Qualifications for the roleEducation: A degree in Engineering is highly desirable.
A completed higher education degree is mandatory.Mandatory: Experience in channel management in segments involving industrial automation.Mandatory: Solid previous experience in sales.Differential: Knowledge in Instrumentation and Analytics.Language: Advanced English is mandatory.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
