OBJECTIVE:
Manage and execute commercial plan, aligned with commercial results defined by Management, monitoring the Market, using different tools like: researchs, presential sales visits, conference calls, fairs and events, governamental sites etc.
Identifying new business opportunities and new customers, as well as customer retention aligned with demands and needs, and present best logistics.
Main focus will be to develop new Chinese. ;
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Results Management
To achieve the goals previously agreed with the Management
Acting as a self management on sales processes, to make sure all customers rentability and delivering results.
2. Customer Service
To secure customer service excellence, following and supporting on the implementation, retain and develop organic growth.
3. Commercial Performance
Pipeline and customers portfolio management, linked with commission plan duly aligned between sales executive and the Head of Sales.
Background / Experience:
Bachelor´s Degree
Mandarim Fluent IS A MUST
English Intermediate
Portuguese – Intermediate
Commercial skills and ability to negotiate; experience in logistics / supply chain is mandatory
