- Translate the long-term ambition to short-medium term execution strategies with clear definition of where to play and how to win at global level.
- Translate the global strategy to market strategies (Brazil & International) based on the market maturity levels and consumer needs
- Deep-dive market understanding: catgorygrowth, key markets and growth trends, competitor landscape, key success factors
- Mapping and prioritization of growth platforms from consumer needs’ perspective based on attractiveness & BRF right to win
- BRF Situation analysis: understanding of starting point, key assets & challenges
- Evaluation of winning supply and GTM models and designing of execution scenarios (in house and/or partnerships)
- Structuring of execution roadmaps with key success metrics
- Execution follow-up and strategy correction based on learnings and market changes
- Coordinate global initiatives & bring visibility of status (strategic definitions & execution performance)
- Ensure adherence to strategic definitions across the organization (innovation, category management, GTM..) and universal language about growth platforms
- Engage and mobilize the organization for short-med term strategy discussions
- Develop a high-performance team with high level of engagement and future leaders for the organization
- Manage the budget of the area
