**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function in data analysis.
- Experience with SQL, R+, Python, Looker Studio, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in analytics and spreadsheet software.
- Experience in developing strategies in fast-paced environments for resource allocation decisions to achieve desired business outcome.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide variety of departments.

**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate business performance by creating KPIs, Frameworks, and Dashboards.
- Maintain and develop infrastructure to enable the assessment of insights (e.g., workflows, tables).
- Identify opportunities and risks to the ads business and communicate them to leadership/business partners.
- Influence strategies and activation plans through data driven insights and product/industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with other Finance teams (e.g., Product Finance, GCS) and across functions (e.g., Product Specialists, Sales, Go-To-Market, Partnership, Marketing) to evaluate opportunities/risks.
