A DAY IN THE LIFE
* Provide administrative and clerical support to field personnel and act as a liaison between corporate office and job sites
* Promptly answer the phone, distribute incoming and outgoing mail, enter time into Heavy Jobs, order office supplies, set up and oversee FedEx/UPS shipments
* Assist Field Supervision and corporate staff in collecting data on rental equipment, licensing for on-road vehicles, tracking "idling time" of equipment
* Keys timecards and enters employee changes and equipment code updates into timecard software daily
* Assists site supervision with completing and submitting employee documents & ensures employee orientation packets, training programs, and employee handbooks are in supply
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* One year experience in administration or equivalent combination of training and/or experience
* Bilingual; Fluent in Spanish and English
* High School Diploma or GED
* Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical and Drug Test
* Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with no rotations)

* Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks under pressure

Pay Range: $12.00-$28.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility
The base pay range represents the anticipated minimum and average end of the pay range for this position. Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific type of project and its location, in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
