**Operations and Integrity Lead**
**What’s the role?**
The Operations & Integrity Lead is the operations and integrity responsible for the FPSO and subsea systems, being in charge to provide operational and tactical guidance to Shell staff, Leased FPSO operator and other contractors on the daily asset management on behalf of Operations Manager.
As Operations and Integrity Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Running and maintaining the applicable Asset Management System processes for the asset with strong focus on process safety and integrity assurance, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of the Leased FPSO operator contract and its management system addressing the equivalence to Shell internal processes and mandatory requirements.
- Daily management of the leased FPSO operator contract and all other contracts that supports the field operations.
- Challenge KPIs and accountable for ensuring compliance of these KPIs focus on Process safety, integrity and reliability
- The key focus areas for the Operations & Integrity Lead are the:
- Safe operation of the subsea system with a strong partnership with Subsea Engineering team, supported by onshore and offshore staff under their direct report
- Assurance on leased FPSO operator operational and safety performance with strong partnership with Shell Offshore crew, contract management, license to operate and business planning at the asset level, supported directly by a team of coordinators and specialists, plus the use of Support Functions and onshore engineering resources to deliver value addition initiatives.
- Manage the internal SLAs / CTRs with Brazil Engineering and other technical support centers across Shell and ensure timely and effective usage of these resources and expertise to deliver safety and production targets.
**Requirements**:
**_ What we need from you - _**
- Must have legal authorization to work in the Brazil on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or any field related is required.
- Deep knowledge in HSSE related aspects is an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen required and the ability to manage and negotiate contracts.
- An openness to learning, actively looking for new ways to improve own capabilities and performance.
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
