- We are looking for a** Planning & Progress Analyst**to join **Wärtsilä Brasil**, on a commissioning project run by Wärtsilä SAM Electronics GmbH - one of the world's leading electrical system integrators in shipbuilding in Germany.
- This professional will be responsible for preparing the project's planning, focusing on controlling the schedule of the services assigned to it; contribute to the smooth development of planned activities, supporting team management.
Ensuring that all demands inherent to the process are carried out with quality, in accordance with the rules and within the established deadlines.
- This position is based in **Itajaí/SC**and will be reporting to the Director, Projects and the Project Manager.

**Main responsabilities**:
- Assist in developing and maintain detailed project schedules, including all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Assist in defining and maintaining project tasks, timelines, resource requirements and critical path in close cooperation with project team members.
- Monitor project progress and performance against the planned project schedule.
- Identify and report any deviations including potential risks and impact to critical project schedule path.
- Prepare and distribute regular progress reports internally, as well for customers.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on project status, including any changes to scope, schedule, as well as critical path analysis.
- Assist the internal project members with preparation and reporting of deviations and contractual changes.
- Assist in coordination of project documentation and records.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Any other duties as requested and feasible.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) skills.
- Power BI skills (desirable).
- Knowledge of complex project planning incl.
dependency planning (network planning) and critical path analysis.
- Initiative and independence.
- Good understanding of complex processes.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese language in word and writing.
