About the RoleOwn customer contracts at signature and support program execution while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.Effectively communicate key contract information on deliverables to CBU, Sales, Order to Cash, and senior management as needed.Plan, manage and lead the execution of benchmarking and Price Review events in compliance with Price Review Board policies.Single point of contact for CBU, Sales, and Order to Cash teams to provide support in interpreting contract terms, providing guidance on non-standard language, and controlling contract changes in accordance with change management process.Align with customer counterpart, ensure any challenges are addressed proactively to cultivate a partnership and increase customer satisfaction.Liaise with legal team to support contract changes and apprise the legal team with material developments on a timely basis.Support the completion of RFP questionnaires, proposals, and perform risk assessment on any non-standard requirements of the solicitation.Support the renewals process by providing recommendations on areas of improvement for existing terms and highlighting areas of concern.Provide critical interface between business and finance teams to capture areas of financial impact due to contract changes.Develop and implement best practices for contract execution and compliance in collaboration with pre-sales, Order to Cash, CBU and Sales.
