Sales Development Representative (Remote)
We’re on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our growth. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients — identifying qualified leads, starting conversations, and booking appointments that turn into sales opportunities.
You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing team to execute strategies that move the needle. If you're proactive, great with people, and hungry to hit targets, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
* Prospect and engage B2B leads to create new business opportunities
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule sales calls for closers
* Represent our brand via email, phone, chat, text, and social platforms
* Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions with confidence
* Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline updates in our CRM (we use GHL)
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead generation results
* Track KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership
What You Bring
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience (Bonus if you’ve sold digital marketing services)
* Experience working with or selling for marketing or advertising companies is a big plus
* Experience working with CRM tools (GHL is a plus)
* Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher — written and verbal)
* Self-starter attitude with a track record of exceeding goals
* Familiarity with sales frameworks like Sandler, BANT, SPIN, or others
* Curious, coachable, and always looking to improve
* Strong time management and ability to stay focused in a remote setting
* A passion for connecting with people and building relationships
