Job Purpose
* Management of product launches and current brands life cycles, encompassing everything from strategic planning to tactical execution.
* Management of field force training of brands and their related topics.
* Management of access strategy related to the brands.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop launch plans, leading the brand team.
* Work in partnership with the global team.
* Develop public and private strategy for new specialty brands.
* Develop an annual integrated brand plan for the current portfolio.
* Adjust strategies according to market dynamics, considering the competitive environment.
* Build business cases to approve new investments or product launches.
* Build productive business relationships with KOLs and influential stakeholders across the region.
* Guide and motivate the field force to implement defined strategies and tactics as well as tracking execution and performance.
* Guarantee FF training related to product and market knowledge as well as needed tools.
Minimum Requirements (Experience & Education)
* More than 4 years of Product Management experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Brazil.
* Solid experience with primary care brands.
* Solid experience with the launch of innovative products.
* Solid experience with specialty brands, which demanded public and private access (CONITEC, STATES and ANS).
* Experience with digital strategies for pharmaceutical products.
* Desirable experience with the women's health market.
* Degree in Life Sciences or Business (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Business, Marketing, etc.).
* Fluent English - Proficient spoken and written English.
* Field sales experience is a plus.
