JOB MISSION
Pacific Lifestyle Homes is seeking an Associate Land Entitlement Project Manager to join our Land Development department, enhancing our team's capabilities in feasibility studies, entitlements, site development, and land acquisition to drive our strategic homebuilding goals. This full-time career opportunity provides a meaningful chance to contribute. Reporting to the Land Development Manager, the Associate Land Entitlement Project Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Pacific Lifestyle Homes' future.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
We are an in-office culture with a general work schedule of 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in site feasibility studies.
* Apply for and secure permits for single-family site development.
* Support the Land Acquisition Team by evaluating property search criteria and organizing pertinent property findings.
* Assist with additional Land Development projects as needed.
* Collaborate with the Land Acquisition Team to review property search criteria and organize relevant property results.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* 1-3 years of relevant experience with some college (preferably in engineering, business, land use planning, or related field).
* Familiarity with land use planning and entitlement processes.
* Skilled in reading and understanding engineering plans and utility layouts.
* Experience in developing and managing project budgets.
* Knowledgeable with Stormwater/Grading permits, CSWGP and/or 1200C Permits is beneficial, but not required.
* Strong organizational skills with a reliable approach to meeting deadlines.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Motivated, results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to taking initiative.
* Competent in computer software such as Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Excel; experience with Project Management software is advantageous.
