Responsibilities and assignments
* Carry out the implementation of new projects.
* Manage data, ensuring the correct use of products and solutions;
* Always be informed about pending issues in the area;
* Assist in creating action plans, through surveying customer and market indicators;
* Provide guidance in the search for better results and periodically communicate with those involved about the activities and their actions;
* Provide customer support through data analysis and training, keeping them with the knowledge and experience necessary to extract the best results from our solutions;
* Carry out remote and in-person training, as well as alignment meetings with the client;
* Know the company’s solutions and new developments;
* Be aligned and have good cooperation with the commercial strategy.
Requirements and qualifications
Technical Requirements:
* Degree in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Agricultural/Agronomy or similar;
* Knowledge of agricultural operations;
* Knowledge of Solinftec solutions (Desirable);
* Availability to travel;
* Have a valid B driving license;
* Knowledge of Office Package;
Behavioral Requirements:
* Assertive communication, with the ability to adapt language to different audiences;
* Flexible, dynamic profile with quick learning ability;
* Skills in conflict management;
